Methodology

How HumanizeBot reviews and improves drafts.

HumanizeBot is a writing improvement workflow. The system creates a clearer draft, then human review checks meaning, tone, grammar, flow, and responsible-use limits before delivery.

1. Intake and scope

The user submits text, selects a mode, and gives instructions. The task is checked against word limits, account status, and service rules before work starts.

2. Automatic draft improvement

The first pass improves readability, repetition, sentence flow, and rough phrasing while keeping the original topic and intent intact.

3. Manual reviewer check

A reviewer checks whether the output preserves meaning, avoids unsupported claims, keeps required facts, and matches the requested tone.

4. Language quality pass

Grammar, punctuation, transitions, paragraph rhythm, consistency, and professional writing quality are reviewed before the task is marked complete.

5. Responsible-use review

HumanizeBot does not promise detector scores, academic misconduct support, ranking outcomes, or platform approval. Risky requests can be rejected or edited down.

6. Delivery and revision

Completed output is delivered in the dashboard. Eligible plans can request a small revision within the stated plan window.
