Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Request refund within 3 days of purchase
  • Have not used more than 50% of allocated words
  • Not have previously received a refund for this product
  • Provide a valid reason for the refund request

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Log into your HumanizeBot account
  2. Navigate to Billing → Transactions
  3. Find the transaction you want to refund
  4. Click 'Request Refund'
  5. Provide your reason and submit

Processing Time

Once we receive and approve your refund request, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank, the credit may appear sooner.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Words already consumed in the humanization process
  • Purchases older than 3-days
  • Custom or manual processing services after completion
  • Duplicate or fraudulent refund requests

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to any remaining words until your subscription period ends. No refunds are provided for partial months.
